Bwah

Update:
Things have mostly been going well. They've been a little bumpy but being out of high school has given me a lot of motivation (not only for losing weight) but for other things like; getting a job, moving out, finding myself. You know, the usual :)

I went overboard on food last night but I exercised that day, too, and it mostly evened out. There's not a lot of goodies in the house either so it's easier to mow down on lower calorie food (or nothing at all because I'll be to lazy to cook).

I was going to not eat today to make up for yesterday, but then my little sister made breakfast and it just looked so delicious!

What I ate:
-1 pancake with a tablespoon of syrup (I only had 2 bites though)
-1 slice of cooked honey ham lunch meat (these things are only like 20-30 calories each because they're so thin)
-scrambled eggs (that's what I ate the most of but they only had some salt and pepper on them and I didn't eat all that I put on my plate)

So, I guess today has turned into an eating day but I'm not going to let it turn into an over-eating day.
